10 Laws Every Pennsylvanian Has Probably Unknowingly Broken At Least Once

Confession time! Can we all agree that we probably have, at least once, broken a law? We’re in a hurry, so we might jaywalk to save time, right? But how many laws have you unknowingly broken? Probably quite a few, especially if you consider some of the outdated laws on the books. Here are 10 laws every Pennsylvanian may (or may not, as some of the laws are just utterly ridiculous, especially in the 21st century) have unknowingly broken.

Leave your donkey or mule at home if you live in Pittsburgh. After all, they’re not allowed on the trolley, which probably means they’re also forbidden from riding all forms of public transportation in Western Pennsylvania.

While you’re at it, leave your horse at home if you’re visiting Tartentum. Tying him to a parking meter while you shop, eat, or hang out is against the law.
