The rolling hills of Wisconsin are the perfect home for farmland. All across the state there are farms growing all kinds of produce as well as raising dairy cows or other farm animals. The farms are some of the prettiest parts of our state and while the owners definitely world incredibly hard, there’s something very relaxing about farm country for the rest of us. The pace is a bit slower and it feels far, far away from the hustle and bustle of life. When you’re feeling a bit overwhelmed, think about taking a trip to some great little farm towns.

- Boscobel
Flickr/WIDNR Boscobel is a great place to make your home-base as you check out Wisconsin’s driftless area. They have some of the best wild turkey hunting in the state, 90 class A trout streams and more than a century of history to explore.
- Richland Center

Birthplace of Frank Lloyd Wright and important in Wisconsin’s suffrage movement, there’s a ton of history to discover here, as well.

- Mazomanie

- Fredonia
