It’s hard to be a Grinch at Motley’s Tree Farm. Besides picking out the perfect Christmas tree at this Little Rock farm, Motley’s also has a toy store that’s simply magical. Let’s see what other surprises await here as we dive into the holiday season.

Arkansas is fortunate to have so many splendid tree farms open for the holidays, but one of our favorites is Motley’s Tree Farm in Little Rock.

Google/Motley’s Tree Farm They just opened for the holiday season on Nov. 17th. and will be open until Dec. 16th, 2018. The farm offers so many different activities in addition to a wide selection of trees, it’s hard to not fall in love. Motley’s is located 13724 Sandy Ann Dr., Little Rock, Arkansas 72206.

Of course the most important aspect of any tree farm is the selection of trees.

Facebook/Motley’s Tree Farm and Pumpkin Patch The farm carries three different tree varieties. The Carolina Sapphire and Leyland Cypress (a hybrid of Monterey Cypress and the Alaskan Cedar Cypress) are grown in the fields. Classic Fraser Fir trees are shipped in as well from the Appalachians. You can either pick a container grown tree (which can be planted after the holiday season) or take a free wagon ride out to the fields. Motley’s will provide all needed equipment, haul the tree back with you on the wagon, and will shake, bale, and load your new tree for you.

But before you head to the fields to pick out the perfect tree, you’ll definitely want to stop by Motley’s Fudge Kitchen.

Drool over flavors like Amaretto Chocolate, Mochaccino, or Chewy Praline. In addition to classics like Chocolate and Maple, they also carry some unique fudge flavors like Egg Nog, Pumpkin Pie, and Cranberry Nut.

You’ll also need to make a trip to their huge gift shop.

You’ll be particularly impressed with their selection of Merch’s Family “Old World” Christmas tree ornaments. It’s the largest selection in the entire state! Children will love the large mix of classic and name brand toys in the gift shop, too.

What completes the magic of Motley’s is the man in red.
