When you’re looking for a good meal in Kansas, you’ve got hundreds of options just waiting for you. When it comes to feeling like home, we love it when small town restaurants feel just like home. This restaurant is just a little more Kansas than the others, from the moment you arrive. Have you ever heard our state motto – Ad Astra Per Aspera? It’s also a restaurant you’ll never forget.

Their food is rustic and flavorful, but don’t let that deter you. No one expects you to dress up at this restaurant, even if the food looks its best.

Not only do they serve beautiful plates, but they put flavors together that turn into something beautiful. I haven’t found anything bad yet at this restaurant tailor-made for Kansans.

A word of advice: save room for dessert! There’s a lot of great food here, but you might need to use your “dessert stomach” for a slice of something sweet after your meal. Just look at those strawberries.
