Kodiak is a small city on an isle of the same name, the largest island in Alaska. The population is about 6000 and the town is a popular destination for travelers.

This strikingly lovely town is on the eastern side of Kodiak Island with a chilly climate year-round. Salmon, halibut, Kodiak bear, elk, Sitka deer (black tail), and mountain goats are all plentiful on the island.
