After parking, take to the Red Trail, which is 1.8 miles in length.

The trail includes winding boardwalks, woodland paths, and unique sights of swampland. Keep your eyes peeled for animals along the way, including sunbathing turtles.

After the 1.8 mile hike, you’ll arrive at the beach. There are signs posted explaining that the cliffs contain fossils from the Miocene era, which dates back 10 to 20 million years.
