Sitting upon the beach is relaxing, but it’s even better when you can hunt for seashells. You can spend all day searching on this beach.

On your hunt you’ll also find sea glass, and you might even run into wildlife like deer or coyotes.

Cochiti Lake is the perfect spot for the whole family. In the distance, you can see the Cochiti Dam, which is one of the largest in the world.

This little seashell lake sits within the Pueblo de Cochiti Indian Reservation, and many friendly farmers are nearby. Make sure to say hello.
