The carrier has partnered with Equinox to offer free, limited-time sessions of “Sweatlag” classes. These are exercise sessions that are specifically tailored to help you get over that grouchy, sluggish feeling you have after switching time zones.

The promotion is connect to Delta’s new Airbus A350, which features bigger windows, better cabin pressure, and cool ambient lighting to help passengers fight jet lag while still in the air.

If you feel like taking advantage of these free classes, you’ll have to head to California. Specifically, stop in to participating Equinox facilities in West Hollywood, Westwood, and Marina del Rey with your Delta plane ticket or SkyMiles number.
