Cincinnati is a beautiful city, and you can experience that beauty with a walk up the street, or even a drive down the road. But the Queen City shines even more brightly when you are able to take to the sky and see her from above. Thanks to the talented photographer, Steve Eckstein, we are able to follow along with his drone flight and see Cincinnati like never before. We’ll give you a sneak peek of the video in the photos below, but then be sure to check out the full video at the bottom of the article. It’s like a love letter to Cincinnati and shows our city off in the best way possible.
The video of Cincinnati takes you through the city in the morning, noon, and night. One of Cincinnati’s seven hills, Mt. Adams, shines in this shot at dawn as the sun comes up over the river valley.

The footage includes many Cincinnati landmarks and arguably the most eye-catching is historic Musical Hall. You’ll get to experience this incredible piece of history and architecture from many angles, as well as nearby Washington Park and Over-the-Rhine.

Another landmark that stands out is Union Terminal, which is currently under restoration. It’s a stunning building and this rare view of it shows you an angle you’ve likely never seen before.

We get to see much of Eden Park, including Krohn Conservatory and the Art Museum.

The aerial footage of the museum is especially interesting, as you can see just how large it really is as well as its incredible position, perched atop a hill, overlooking the river.

There are also chances to experience Cincinnati at night as you fly through the colorful sky at sunset and hover above the Roebling Suspension Bridge.
