Needless to say, a Mexican buffet is somewhat rare – at least in South Carolina it is. We’re not sure why that is, but we stumbled upon this amazing Mexican eatery a little off the beaten path – and every Sunday they feature an incredible Mexican buffet. Sounds like the perfect day trip, right?!
El Patio opened in 2001 in Conway in a large restaurant just off US 501 on the south side of Conway and enroute to Myrtle Beach.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and airy festive restaurant with traditional, authentic Mexican decor and plenty of room to accommodate small or large groups. All of that room is a good thing… especially on Sunday afternoons…
