El Pinto Restaurant got its start in 1962, as a small, one-room restaurant in Albuquerque. Now owned by brothers Jim and John Thomas (grandsons of the original owners), this third-generation restaurant is one of the best in the entire state. You’ll find it at 10500 4th St. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114.
