One of our favorite places to cool off during the summer, Robert H. Treman State Park is full of spots where you can dip your toes into.

With Enfield Creek running right through the heart of the park you’ll find tons of waterfront views to enjoy, but by the Lower Entrance you’ll find an amazing swimming spot.

Opening up for the year on May 26th, visitors will be able to go swimming in the lifeguarded area of the park that’s right near the Park Office.

From May 26th through June 24th, the swimming area will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. From June 29th through September 3rd, you enjoy cooling off in the water every day of the week from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Another bonus?
