It first opened in 1958 as a western-themed attraction featuring a haunted farm, mine train and gunshows. Visitors were admitted for free but had to pay a quarter to watch the cowboys battle it out.

The park expanded over the years to include attractions like saloon shows, train robberies and other western experiences.

Today, it’s a fun-filled family destination with modern rides as well as traditional gun-slinging cowboy shows and themed activities.
