Technically, it’s actually a reservoir located between the Hoover and Davis Dams. In between, there’s a stretch of the Colorado River that gets swallowed into Lake Mohave, which is 67 miles in length.

At the lake’s widest point it’s only four miles, and the northernmost portions are known to look more like a river than a lake. Multiple access points are located on both the Nevada and the Arizona sides of Lake Mohave, making it an outdoor lover’s dream.
