We love our isolated small towns, and occasionally they’re hiding a real treat. Lyman is one of these towns that’s got a secret – in this spot an hour north of the Utah border, you’ll find some of the best Mexican food in Wyoming.
Lyman, Wyoming is a town in Uinta County, and though it’s home to just 2,000 people, you’ll find one of Wyoming’s most delicious restaurants hiding here.
