There’s one festival that represents the personality of the entire state and draws people in from all across Nebraska and beyond.
NebraskaLand Days is an annual celebration of all things Nebraska.

It’s held in North Platte every June, as it has been since 1965.

The western Nebraska city is the perfect place for it, given that the world’s first spectator rodeo, spearheaded by Buffalo Bill, originated here. The Wild West icon also had a ranch just outside of North Platte.
