If you’ve spent any time in Missoula in the last 40 years, you’ve probably heard of Paul’s Pancake Parlor. This unique eatery is definitely the perfect place for pancake lovers, and at this point, it’s a tasty piece of local history.

Paul’s was founded in 1963 by Paul Gjording, who took great pride in his pancake spot.
