Rino’s was founded by Bob and Frank Cordova, who were born and raised in Trinidad and were influential in starting the tradition of Las Vegas’ singing waiters. They brought the concept back home to Colorado and opened their restaurant in a building that constructed in 1887 and once served as a church.

Opened in 2002, Rino’s is now famous for its talented waitstaff, who serenade patrons with some of the most classic ballads of all time!
