Oklahoma may not be known for its German food, but we have a few incredible restaurants that serve European cuisine to die for. One such place is Siegi’s Sausage Factory in Tulsa. This family-owned meat market has been serving Oklahomans incredible sausages, schnitzels, and brats for over 30 years and it’s worth a visit. Plus, you can pick-up many items that are perfect for holiday parties and dinners.

Siegi’s Sausage Factory houses a meat market, deli, and restaurant inside their location at 81st and Sheridan in Tulsa. For over 30 years they’ve been serving authentic family style German/Viennese food.

The meat market & deli is smaller in size than the restaurant but it’s stacked with over 20 different sausages.

All of Siegi’s products are made with wholesome ingredients and are USDA approved. They do not use any additives or fillers, so you can rest assured you are getting quality products.

Just on the other side of the deli is a full-service restaurant serving lunch and dinner six days a week.

One of my all-time favorite starters can be found on their menu - a freshly baked Bavarian pretzel with mustard and Bavarian cheese.

There are several German specialties including Beef Rouladen and Kassler Rippchen (smoked pork chop).

How about some Rahmschnitzel? Pan Fried Pork Schnitzels covered in smoked paprika sauce with sides of red cabbage and Austrian potato salad.
