It ain’t over ’till it’s over, and Mother Nature has apparently decided she’s not done with winter weather quite yet. (It’s fine – not like it’s April or anything.) While we’re on the topic of the white stuff, here’s an interesting bit of information: there’s a natural phenomenon in Buffalo that only happens during wintertime.
