Vermont’s State Parks are some of the best in New England. They offer scenic views and the opportunity for many different kinds of activities. Each one is a state treasure in its own way. Today’s featured state park is most popular for its stunning lake, but what makes it unique is a cemetery hike that takes you to a place of Revolutionary War era history.
Lowell Lake State Park in Londonderry is an undeveloped forest land surround a beautiful lake. The natural gem became a state park in 1977 and additional acreage was added to the park in 1996.
