However, this year visitors to this Florida attraction will have a chance to see the estate in an entirely new way…one that might just be more terrifying than expected.

On October 24th, guests can learn about all the sightings and paranormal experiences from one of Miami’s most haunted properties through a walking tour of the grounds.

From 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., guests can step back into the past, listening to stories of the previously inhabitants of the estate, not to mention the haunted sightings from around the area.

But before that, on October 24th, after the sun sets, an entirely new experience awaits for the brave—the Deering Estate Spookover.

With the help of P.R.I.S.M (Paranormal Research & Investigative Studies), visitors will spend the night inside the estate in an all new inclusive experience.

During the overnight stay, guests will meet with trained Paranormal Investigators to visit some of the most active locations on the estate and attempt communication with the spirits.

Professional equipment can be used, such as pendulums, dowsing rods, EMF meters, voice recorders and cameras.
