Montana’s lakes and rivers are spectacular, and luckily, we’ve got plenty of trails winding their way around most of them so you can enjoy the scenery to the fullest. And there’s something particularly pleasant about a river trail that leaves you feeling refreshed and invigorated.
Missoula’s Milwaukee Trail takes you straight to the Clark Fork River, and it’s a fun hike for all ages and skill levels.
The Milwaukee Trail loosely follows the former Milwaukee Road railroad bed.
