Here in Ohio, there’s no shortage of gorgeous waterfront trails. Whether you’re bike riding or hiking, a river view makes the journey that much more special. The Little Miami Scenic Trail in southwest Ohio is one of the most beautiful and underrated trails in the state. You’ll want to include it in your summer adventures—if you haven’t already, that is.
This 73-mile long trail stretches across five counties in Ohio, so you can start in whichever county is closest to you.

The trail also goes through Little Miami State Park. Since it’s a multi-use trail, you’ll see hikers and bicyclists.

There are several picturesque bridges you’ll cross along the way. Be sure to stop and take in the view.

Along the way, you’ll cross a 2,500-foot-long bridge that will carry you across the river toward Loveland.

Another gorgeous town to stop at along the way is Yellow Springs. Hikers and bikers alike will enjoy this area.
