It’s usually pretty easy to notice what foods each region of our state is most famous for, but sometimes people tend to underestimate the power of our diners and breakfast joints out in Central New York. Not far from the lakefront and some of the city’s biggest attractions, right in Syracuse, there’s a Betty Boop themed diner that’s worth waiting in line for. Ready to see what all the fuss is about? Off of Wolf Street on the north side of Syracuse, Stella’s Diner is hard to miss with its shiny exterior catching your eye.

The eye-catching decor continues as you walk inside and quickly notice the diner’s theme and newspaper cut outs decorated all over the walls.

Aside from the vintage red barstools situated up at the country and other bits of nostalgia painting the diner, you’ll also notice that Betty Boop characters are hanging from all over the place.

A popular diner to visit in Syracuse, if you don’t get here early enough (especially on the weekends) you’ll usually find that this place is quite crowded - with the line even going out the door.
