The Biggest Light Show In Mississippi Gulfport Harbor Lights

It’s November, which means that in just a couple of weeks, Christmas lights and décor will be going up all over the state. And with so many light displays to choose from, it’d be easy to overlook a few, but there’s one you definitely don’t want to miss. With more than one million glittering lights, it truly is the “most magical show in Mississippi.” Take a look:

Held for the first time in 2014, the Gulfport Harbor Lights Winter Festival is fairly new but already one of the state’s most anticipated holiday events.

During the festival, more than 1,000,000 lights canvas Jones Park, practically guaranteeing a holiday experience you and your family will never forget.

Gulfport Harbor Lights - Winter Festival/Facebook Island View Casino and Resort along with the city of Gulfport initially put on the event with the hopes of creating a holiday festival unlike any other in the state.

The festival’s magical vibe hasn’t gone unnoticed, either. It was actually featured in Lifetime’s holiday hit “Christmas in Mississippi!”
