You don’t have to travel to Mt. Everest to feel like you’re on the top of the world. In fact, you can take an easy hike of under half a mile in North Dakota to one of the most majestic views in the entire state. You’ll feel like you’re looking over the entire world from this spot, and it’s easy enough for pretty much anyone to do.
The trail is located in the South Unit of North Dakota’s beautiful Theodore Roosevelt National Park near Medora.
