Georgia has quite a few easy trails throughout the state that won’t take much to complete. By much we mean excessive amounts of sweating and gallons of water just to reach the summit. In fact, this one easy hike in Georgia is definitely a fan favorite and clocks in at just a few miles. But what if you wanted to snag some mountaintop views while you’re at it? This easy trail in Georgia won’t require much in terms of strenuous activity, but it’ll take you to what feels like the top of the world.
There a quite a few different trails to hit when you visit Tallulah Gorge State Park, but perhaps the easiest are the North Rim Trail and South Rim Trail.

Within these two trails, you’ll be able to find the sweeping views that make the gorge so special without having to descend downward.

While some hikers at Tallulah hit the Hurricane Falls Trail across the suspension bridge, you don’t need to snag any permits or go into the canyon for the Rim Trail.

At about 2.5 miles in total for both the North Rim Trail and South Rim Trail, you’ll be able to grab some of the best views this park offers, without putting in too much work.

There are stunning overlooks along the Rim Trail that offer breathtaking scenery from high above the mountaintops.

You’ll even grab views of the Hurricane Falls Trail and the famous suspension bridge down below.

If you look closely along the trail, around Overlook 6 through 10, you’ll be able to see aerial views of some of the cascades and waterfalls below.
