The closer to we get to Halloween, the more we hear about local haunted houses, scary events and spooky festivals. All that scary stuff is nice if you’re into that sort of thing, but sometimes you just want to celebrate the season, dress up in a costume and not be afraid of being terrified. That’s why we love this Ghost Train trip at Boothbay Railway Village. For those of us that appreciate Halloween, but prefer bunny costumes over zombies this is the perfect activity.

The Boothbay Railway Village is typically a lovely, relaxing place.
