There are many natural wonders in the beautiful state of Kentucky. Exploring them and seeking out hidden spots is a favorite pastime for many adventurers. There are several scenic and interesting places to visit that are readily accessible, and then others that remain somewhat of a mythical destination.

Located in Rockcastle County is such a place that some have stumbled upon over the years. It’s known as many things – Flat Rock, The Rock, Graffiti Rock – and since it’s technically on private property, it’s not often we get a good look at it. But the video and still shots below, captured by Ben Childers Photography, will give you a bird’s eye view of this hidden rock in Kentucky that’s now a massive piece of art.

Flat Rock is located in scenic Rockcastle County. The rock and surrounding area are on private property, but many have managed to seek out this spot that is just off the road. Since it is private property, we won’t be giving out an exact location.

This practice has been going on for years, and while clean up has been discussed, it is very costly. For now, the paint remains.
