If you’ve never explored the First State’s only treetop trail, you are in for a treat! This canopy walk in Delaware will show you a side of the state you’ve never seen before.

Did you know that there’s a treetop ropes course hiding in Lums Pond State Park?

The only canopy walk in Delaware consists of tree-to-tree walkways, a Tarzan swing, and a few rope crossings as you climb higher and higher into the forest.

As you make your way through the course, you’ll cross the pond itself on five different ziplines, each one higher and longer than the last.

Of course, there are so many things to do at Lums Pond that you’ll want to spend the rest of the day there, too! It is Delaware’s best thrill-seeker’s park for sure because, in addition to hosting the only treetop course in the state, it’s also our most haunted campground.
