Not only does New Jersey offer countless incredible parks and an abundance of natural beauty, our county park systems and local organizations provide residents with a way to truly immerse themselves in the outdoors. One way to discover New Jersey’s wildlife and unique ecosystems is through a visit to Huber Woods Park.

Huber Woods Park is a 375-acre gem overlooking the Navesink River, part of the Monmouth County Parks System.

In addition to the forests, meadows and ponds, you’ll find 8 miles of multi-use trails for hiking, biking and horseback riding.

Start discovering the outdoors along the .17-mile Discovery Path which highlights the park’s plant life. Then, consider a slightly longer trail.

To add to the experience, borrow a free safari backpack with tools to help you explore. Or, pick up a tree challenge backpack and learn about the local flora.
