The Quonset Bar And Grill In Nebraska Is Located In A Farm Hut Building

It’s not often that you find a “hut” restaurant that has nothing to do with pizza, but the little village of Elmwood features just that. The Cass County restaurant has undergone many changes in ownership over the years, but it’s still open and serving some of the best bar food you’ll find in the region.

If you aren’t familiar with quonset huts, this is what they look like. The semi-circular steel buildings are often used for farm storage, so you may have seen them around the countryside.
