The Talimena Scenic Drive is a scenic 54-mile stretch of highway that will take you through the Ouachita National Forest.

Driving the full route will take you from Talihina, Oklahoma to Mena Arkansas. There are 22 scenic vista pull-outs along the way so there are plenty of places to admire the stunning views.

The town of Talihina is known as the village between the mountains and is the Gateway to the Talimena Scenic Drive. Take some time and enjoy some good food or go shopping in one of the charming stores.
