In the Land of 10,000 Lakes, it’s easy to forget that there are many beautiful spots that don’t involve sparkling blue waters. From thick forests to windswept prairies, there are many places around the state to see nature in all its beauty. One of our favorites is by visiting one of the many public gardens throughout the state. One of the very best is the beautiful rose garden in Duluth that is so worth a visit – or ten.
The Duluth Rose Garden is located within Leif Erickson Park in Duluth, Minnesota. You’ll find the garden at 13th Avenue East and London Road in Duluth, Minnesota.

The garden originated in 1965, when it was opened in a different location. The garden has been at its current location since 1994.

The Duluth Rose Garden is free to visit, and it is one of the most beautiful places in all of Duluth. Plenty of benches and trails make it a lovely spot for a stroll or a picnic.

Each of the beds across the 6-acre park are connected by brick walkways. Every point along this walkway comes with a great view of the roses and other flowers.
