Kansas is a long open stretch of land without an ocean anywhere near us. We’re really at the center of a huge landmass, so we learn to live without an ocean and make do with lake fishing. However, there are a few restaurants in Kansas that serve the freshest fish available, and serve it well. There’s something about this unassuming restaurant that makes it feel like a diamond in the rough. If you ask me, it’s the food. Just take a look for yourself!
