Tucked inside the Cleveland National Forest, you’ll find one of SoCal’s most rewarding hikes that will take you straight to a refreshing swimming hole.

Three Sisters Waterfall Trail, located outside of Julian in San Diego County, is where you’ll find this heavenly slice of nature just waiting to be explored.

As you navigate along this 4-mile trail, you’d never guess by the scenery that it was leading you to a waterfall and a swimming hole. But keep walking and you’ll soon be surprised.

Although this hike is ranked as moderate, it can become more challenging to navigate during the heat of the summer so plan accordingly. Make sure to pack extra water for you and the kiddos to make sure you stay nice and hydrated on the trail.
