This drive is the Turtle Mountain Scenic Byway, which starts nowhere and ends nowhere. It goes along County Highway 43 near the Canadian border just north of towns like Rolla and Bottineau.

The route is about 45 minutes long of a drive but you’ll likely want to stop off at a few places along the way to see just how gorgeous the natural scenery is here.
